Starting April 1st, 2021 (retroactive March 14th, 2020), virtual care K-codes K080, K081, K082, and K083 are included towards the minimum consult and visit requirements for drug testing services G040, G041, G041, and G043.
These codes were previously rejected with error code ‘AMR-Min SRV Reqmnts not met’. If you received one of these claim rejections on your Remittance Report, you have until June 30, 2021, to resubmit it for payment.
