Physicians use Dr. Bill to manage their billing. If you have received an invoice from us on behalf of a physician, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- You did not provide your insurance information, or the information recorded was incorrect.
- You had insurance in another province or from an alternate insurer.
- You did not have coverage for the date of your visit.
How to pay your invoice
Pay your invoice easily through a secure online process. Go to drbill.freshbooks.com/code and enter the code shown at the bottom of your invoice:
